Damages Episodes :- Blame the Victim
In this episode of the season, Patty was seen meeting head on with Larry Popler, a representative of the employees. It all occurred when Patty found Larry guilty of giving away important information to Frobisher. As a consequence of the incident, Larry decided to give a helping hand to Patty from then onwards. Unable to trace the missing Gregory, patty suggested to Larry that he might not be alive anymore. However, Larry came to know from Frobisher that Gregory Malina was still alive. Next, we saw Tom and Ellen meeting an SEC officer, George Moore, who was connected with the Frobisher investigation. Ellen was also seen helping her father legally as he had been in a serious car accident and had not hired a lawyer.
In the flash-forward, it is revealed that Ellen had broken up with David, just before he was killed. As she faces the preliminary hearing after being charged with David’s murder, she pleads not guilty, while the court sets her bail amount to be $1.5 million.
