Damages Episodes :- She Spat at Me
In this episode of the season, we saw that Ellen decided to see Gregory and asked him to help in Frobisher case. After she met him, she was told by Gregory that Frobisher didn’t meet his broker in Florida. Frobisher decided to hire a writer to get his biography written, which he thought was the best way to get his image cleared. However, nothing went as he had planned and we soon saw him making a physical onslaught on the writer. On the other hand, Lila asked David to help her at her home after her grandfather’s death and she then stole his keys.
In the alternate timeline, we saw the police investigating Ellen’s claims regarding the attack on her, but seem to find no proof that would support her claim. Lila informs the police about her relationship with David and uses the keys she had stolen from him to prove the same. She also claims of having been threatened by Ellen of causing harm to her.
