Damages Episodes :- Tastes Like a Ho Ho
We saw Katie getting ready for her upcoming appearance in the court for giving a statement in this episode of the season. However, due to the wrong information provided intentionally to her by Gregory, Katie was found guilty of perjury in the court. Patty let things go on as such as she had been sure that Katie would not be a witness and was hoping that the proceedings might force Frobisher to back out from his offer of settlement. Soon, Patty made the discovery about Gregory’s involvement in Frobisher’s company as she learns that he previously owned some shares of the company. In the end of this episode, Tom was seen looking at some other job opportunities and David was trying to discourage Lila, who was one of his patient’s granddaughter, from making advances at him.
In the alternate timeline, the police lay the blame of David’s murder on Ellen.
